These are our flagship courses, designed from the ground up from input of some the industries leading athletes.
This course was put together with film crews and teams in mind. Designed to help your backcountry crew go further, make better decisions and travel safely and efficiently in new terrain. Working with professional athletes is our main focus, and we put a curriculum together with them in mind. These course's were designed to fill a gap within the current offerings of the avalanche education world with the best possible outcome for teams and crews.
This 2 1/2 course walks students through the process of how to properly gather data, scout new areas, make informed decisions based on the information at hand, teamwork and execute a well planned day of filming in the mountains. The end goal of this course is to walk riders and filmers through the correct steps of picking a zone, setting up a safe shot, and rescue practice. Aside from new skills learned, teams and crews will walk away with media for their season project.
